Thermal Rated Mortar (Grey)

A grey premixed mortar specially designed specifically for Energy Saving Blocks. Please note: Vetromalta can also be used with Thermally insulated blocks but Thermally insulated mortar is advised. It is always adviseable to consider the exposure of the Glass Block Wall - The Mortar joints must be protected with a suitable grout for weather exposure, particularly in heavy rainfall areas. Vetromalta is generally considered to be sufficient for grouting externally - however, it may be adviseable to source a specialist grouting product or joint protection to add an extra layer of protection to the mortar joints.
